Q. Can anyone join BNC?
A. We only take companies that have registered with their local Secretary of State and has acquired a Tax I.D. number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service. We allow more than one company per industry to join, for we have seen that even though a company may belong to a certain industry, those companies offer different services.
Q. How do you know new members are reputable?
A. The application asks for references (both personal and professional) and our membership committee diligently checks each reference provided. Each applicant must then go through an interview stage before the final decision is made.
Q. What if a member gets a referral and does poor work?
A. It is important that our members receive feedback regarding their services or the quality of their products. If any service and/or product was performed/received in poor quality, we ask that each instance be reported to our ethics committee, who will then investigate each such occurrence. After proper investigation, the ethics committee will then give a recommendation to our membership committee as to whether or not that termination should be the next action.
Q. What businesses benefit most from membership?
A. All business industries can and will benefit from membership. If you are focused, willing to make the necessary sacrifices for business growth, willing to learn, then you and your business are welcomed here at BNC.
